Dancers of all ages and flexibility can target specific area in need of strengthening.
Excellent for injury recovery exercises and can be used for young dancers in preperation for pointe work.

Strengthen your feet
While seated on the floor barefoot, hold the ends of the resistance band in each hand.
Place the band under the ball of the foot. Pull ends of the band tightly towards the body, creating
desired resistance. Flex and point feet to increase strength and flexibility.
